MISSION
The Albany Partnership for Housing and Community Development is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation that develops and maintains affordable housing for households who cannot compete for market rate shelter. In its housing development activities, the organization fosters public and private sector partnerships and works to enhance the community’s social and economic base.
KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS
- Development of Periwinkle Place, a 32-unit manufactured housing rental community
- Development of Park Rose, 16 units of renovated and newly constructed housing, completed in 1998
- Acquisition and rehab of Parkside, a 40-unit HUD LIHPRHA project
- Development of Community Center at Park Rose, incorporating child care with Even Start
- Expanded Resident Services Program
- 48-unit development of LIHTC multi-family project
- Project Developer, Fisher Ridge, a 19-unit CMI housing project in Oregon City
