MISSION
The CDC of Lincoln County develops affordable housing and advocates for and supports community efforts that enhance affordable living options.  Strategies include the construction and rehabilitation of housing units in Lincoln County to provide affordable rental and home ownership opportunities.  The CDC is committed to creating a climate where constituents are treated fairly and with dignity.

KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS

  • Ridge Apartments, 80-units new construction of affordable housing for families in Lincoln City
  • Completion of Comprehensive Housing Needs Assessment documenting availability of affordable housing, population characteristics, economic factors and needs for support services
  • Yaquina Breeze Apartments: Nine unit Apartment complex for individuals  recovering from mental illness and addiction.
  • Alder Hill Group Home and Apartments in Toledo: 6 bedroom group home and two one bedroom apartments for people with developmental disabilities

CURRENT PROJECTS

  • Development of Blackberry Hill Apartments, new construction of eight 2-bedroom units and one 1-bedroom unit for working families in Toledo Or.
