  • NHA currently provides affordable homes – and new opportunities – for more than 2,300 people in 16 Oregon counties.
  • Annie Ross House opened in 1986 to help families with children transition out of homelessness
  • NHA’s portfolio includes many units for people with special needs, including:

……….o Independent and supported housing for mental health consumers
……….o A group home for people living with HIV and AIDS
……….o A shared home for women in recovery

  • NHA’s development staff has built expertise in mixed finance projects, blending HUD 202 and 811 grants with Low Income Housing Tax Credits
