NEDCO is a private, non-profit Community Development Corporation that has a history of helping neighborhoods and families build assets through homeownership, neighborhood revitalization, and business development.  Current projects include; Sprout!: A Regional Community Food Hub; Hatch: Downtown Springfield Business Incubator; Foreclosure Recovery; and a new commercial building in Salem for a Regional Housing Center.

Founded in 1985, NeighborImpact is a private not for profit organization which serves all of Crook, Deschutes and Jefferson counties. We envision a Central Oregon where residents, regardless of their income status, have hope and optimism, and have access to community resources that see them through times of need.
