Objectives of Fiscal Managers Working Group:
Develop and share best practices regarding financial management, accounting practices and communication of financial issues to stakeholders; hold trainings related to these topics; offer peer support and learning; and connect to other working groups in order to improve communication and integration of various needs and systems.

Topic areas/issues:

• financial management,
• accounting systems,
• integration of financial systems with asset and property management systems,
• communication of financial information with boards and staff.

How often do they meet:

• monthly, on the 4th Wednesday of the month

Facilitators:

• Second facilitator: rotates among group members
